Service Description
Rental includes the open area of the steel building for 2 hour event. This is for a smaller scale (non banquet) type of event under 80 guests and includes up to 10 guest tables

Cancellation Policy
Daily rental is from 8am to 11pm. Tables and chairs are provided and setup/taken down by event staff. Tablecloths are required but not provided. Trash bags are provided. Provided in restrooms: soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags Kitchen supplies to be provided by the customer. If alcohol (beer and wine) is being served, then the customer must complete a waiver. If full, open bar service is being offered, then the customer must provide Security during the event at the customer’s expense. The security company must be approved by Elite Multiplex ownership at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Deposits are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of booking.
